SANDRO VILLARAUT
Chief Executive Officer/Founder Sandro has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1989. He got his start running editorial systems for newspapers across the country with his company Microsystems Computer System Inc. In 1999, after a decade at MSI, Sandro founded Quick Copper Communications and has been the CEO ever since.
A graduate of DeVry University, Sandro holds many tiers of telecom certifications and has years of networking experience. He prides himself on his honesty and loyalty to customers – personally responding to customer issues and calls daily. Even as CEO, Sandro continues to put in a hard day’s work, constantly working with his team to provide the most efficient and state-of-the-art telecommunications products and services on the market. In his free time, Sandro enjoys fly fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
SAL SCHIFANO
Chief Information Officer Sal has worked at Quick Copper Communications since 1999 as the CIO. A graduate of DeVry University, Sal has many years of certified and hands-on technical experience in telecommunication services such as Hosted VoIP, Cloud, and POTS systems. He is also highly experienced in Adtran, Allworx, Cisco, Fortinet, Fusion, and Mitel telecom systems. In 1999, Sal built the back end of Quick Copper’s network, while also managing its DSLAMS for thousands of customers. Sal continues to enjoy learning and working with new technology as a means in improving telecommunication efficiency and reducing costs. His favorite quote is: “we don’t charge extra for perfection.” In his free time, Sal enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
MARIA DESANTIS
Chief Financial Officer/Controller Maria has been involved in the telecom industry since 1996, where she worked with Sandro at MSI. When Sandro founded Quick Copper Communications in 1999, Maria assumed the CFO/Controller position, where she continues to manage the entire financial department at the company to this day. Maria graduated from St. John’s University, and uses her education to keep Quick Copper in check, as well as make sure the burden is never on the customer. Maria is especially passionate about working in the Quick Copper environment among family and friends, while ensuring the accurate financial balance of both the company and its customers. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing in Florida, and going to Disney World.
JESSE NEADLE
Senior Account Representative Jesse Neadle got his start in the telecommunications space back in 2005, fresh out of Kean University. After spending his first year training in customer service and service delivery, he transitioned in to sales a year later. There was no looking back, as he accumulated more than a decade in telecom sales experience to kick off his professional career.
Jesse pride’s himself in listening more than talking, and understanding a client’s full business needs before making telecom recommendations. Whether it’s a sales, service, or technology question, Jesse can be reached anytime, and is always there for his clientele. This dedication to his customers has led to many long lasting business relationships built on loyalty and trust throughout his tenure.
Outside of the office Jesse loves spending time with his wife and dog, and is also an avid sports fan, foodie, and traveler. After growing up in Cranford, NJ, Jesse is excited to raise his family back in the area where it all started.
KELLY BERGIN
Operations Manager Kelly joined Quick Copper in 2007 as a billing assistant. Over the years, she has made her way through the ranks and is presently the Operations Manager. Having attended Union County College with a major in language, Kelly decided to pursue a different avenue and engage in an opportunity in the IT and communications field. Through years of hands-on training and an all-out willingness to learn, she obtained her Allworx Technical Certification through Quick Copper, and now works to maintain the ‘law and order’ in the office. Kelly enjoys working hands-on with customers, problem-solving, and also prides herself on her customer service. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
KEITH FALLON
Quick Copper is exicted to introduce Keith Fallon as our new President of Business Development, With a strong history of success he will lead our expansion efforts. He has notably driven two New Jersey CLEC ventures to over $100 million in annual revenue. Keith’s leadership skills have earned him recongnition among the top 1% of MCI employees, showcasing his prowess from the start of his career. His academic background, including a masters’s degree and bachelors of Arts from Montclair University, complements his practical accomplishments. We believe Keith’s diverse insights, strategic vision, and leadership will drive our prosperity and innovation. With his guidance, Quick Copper is set to reach new heights, redefining industry standars and advancing our commitment to excellence.
